Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Daily Amazon account management responsibilities involve sales reporting, operations tracking, financial tracking.
- Partner with the sales and marketing Directors to manage and coordinate connections with agencies by organizing weekly / monthly meetings with the team.
- Manage and direct outside vendors associated with this business.
- Monitor all Amazon platforms for error, alert, questions, and enquiries; resolve with a sense of urgency through organizing and managing cases with Amazon support.
- Generate recommendations that are based on data to promote growth and increase profitability.
- Initiate, develop recommend and support the merchandising and promotion event calendar on Amazon on future opportunities.
- Learn and stay updated with the latest trends on Amazon, including its competitive environment and new feature releases.
