- Shop Drawings, Technical Drawing, and Architectural Drawings skills
- Experience in Structural Engineering and using Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Ability to create accurate and detailed drawings
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
- Knowledge of construction principles and practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Associate's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field
