Construction Team Lead
Pay: $25.00-$30.00/hour depending on experience

Shift: 1st shift – (7:00AM-4:30PM) Monday through Friday, with rotating on call schedule
Location: Reading, PA
Responsibilities of the Construction Team Lead:
- Managing a small team of workers as well as subcontractors
- Planning work for jobs, ordering parts, and supplies, and scheduling workers to different jobs
- Managing costs to stay within budget
- Working on job sites as needed
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications of the Construction Team Lead:
- 8 Years of Construction experience
- Experience in Construction management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and manage budgets and schedules
