Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse and distribution operations for our global manufacturer and wholesale distributor of aftermarket imaging supplies.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale warehouse management, with expertise in UPS/FedEx shipping software and inventory control. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage staff are also essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
- Safeguarding warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
- Conducting physical counts and reconciling inventory levels with our system
- Maintaining health and safety standards, hygiene, and security
- Scheduling and assigning employees and following up on results
- Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Couching, counseling, and disciplining employees as needed
Requirements include:
- Minimum of 5 years of large-scale warehouse management experience
