We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Express Employment Professionals in London.
This is an evaluation hire, where you will have the opportunity to showcase your talents and make a lasting impact on our organization. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will be responsible for interviewing, testing, and selecting primarily English and Spanish-speaking hourly candidates.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Interviewing and assessing candidates to determine their suitability for our clients' needs.
- Conducting New Associate Orientation classes to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting to meet regulatory requirements.
- Providing training and guidance to Supervisors on structural interviewing techniques.
About You
To excel in this role, you will require:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
- Strong speaking and written fluency in Spanish, as well as proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Recruiting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
