Key Responsibilities :
Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to resolve customer account issues and outstanding balances.
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team collections goals.
Provide clear, professional communication and problem-solving support to customers.
Handle high call volumes efficiently, ensuring organization and composure at all times.
Qualifications :
3-6 months of experience in collections, customer service, or call center roles.
Previous experience with personal debt collections such as personal load, credit cards, and auto loans
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stay organized, manage pressure, and meet performance targets.
Previous experience in healthcare or medical collections is a plus, but not required.
