Our client, an engineering firm located in the Madison area, is seeking an Electrical Controls Engineer. The position involves working with a number of clients and involves some travel. Experience designing control panels, HMI's and networking experience is also desired.
Position Overview :
- Candidate will work as a Field Service / Controls Technician on various projects.
- Gathering data for Arc Flash studies involves opening live electrical equipment while wearing correct PPE
- In-office using SKM software to construct a one-line of the facility using SKM software (appropriate training provided)
- Initial checkout / commissioning at plants for control projects
Qualifications :
Schedule : Day shift. Position will involve some travel for client sites, about 20-30%. No longer than 1 week travel stays
Salary : Will depend on experience, up to $100k with possibility of bonuses and profit sharing
