Job Opportunity : Residential Aide

Location : Express Employment Professionals, 2620 N Belt Highway, Saint Joseph, MO 64506

Hours :

PRN shift on Saturdays, 6 : 45 AM 7 : 15 PM. Additional fill-in shifts may be available.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist residents with daily medication intake and document it.
  • Ensure residents' safety and well-being.
  • Call pharmacy for prescription refills.
  • Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship.
  • Document changes in behavior or health.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of resident rights and caregiving.
  • Preferred experience in social work or long-term care.
  • Familiarity with medication administration.
  • Compassionate caregiving skills.
  • Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Must obtain and maintain medication administration certification (classes provided).
