Local construction company is looking to add an Estimator to their team. This role will be creating estimates for residential, multifamily and commercial projects. Job duties include :
- Creating / completing digital takeoffs based off blueprints
- Prepare material estimates and cost estimates
- Computes costs by analyzing labor, materials, and time requirements
- Purchase and track material orders for projects
- Track delivery times for products
- Job planning of materials 6 months ahead
- Stay educated in the market pricing changes on materials
- Understanding available product lines
Ideal candidate would have estimating or construction experience or a degree in Construction Management. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity. Salary starts between $70,000 - $90,000 / Year depending on experience.
