A local agronomy facility is seeking a Research Technician to join their team. This person will be responsible for all aspects of the planting and harvesting process. These job duties include ordering seeds and supplies, compiling data research and notes on the growing process, harvesting the research plots, and everything in between. This position is year-round and during the winter months will assist with warehouse work and deliveries. This person must be mechanically inclined and have experience working on / with farm equipment. A CDL license is helpful, but not required. An agronomy degree is also preferred, but not required. This is a full-time, position with 40-hour work weeks during the Winter and some overtime during planting and harvest. The pay is hourly and with overtime the range is $65k-$75k DOE.
