We are seeking a detail-oriented individual for a temporary Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk role. This project is expected to last 1-4 weeks and focuses on supporting the accounting department.
Key Responsibilities :
- Update and maintain financial records.
- Manage and organize documents for journal entries and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and send customer invoices; handle overdue accounts.
- Record payments and respond to vendor invoices.
- Assist with filing, recordkeeping, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Schedule : Monday-Friday, full-time hours.
Pay : $20-$25 / hour depending on experience.
