We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team and operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts.
Job Responsibilities :
- Operate and monitor CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Set up machines, adjust speeds and feeds, and change tooling as needed.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
