Our client in Wixom supplies high-quality, high-precision machine tools and automation solutions, and designs integrated custom machining processes and systems. They are seeking a Project Manager to join their team!
The Project Manager will manage all machine tool projects from order creating through installation, training, and sign-off. This role will also create customer project schedules, and track and coordinate order progress from initial purchase order to receipt.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all machine tool projects from order creation through installation, training and sign-off
- Create project schedules for the customer.
- Track and coordinate order progress, from initial P.O. to receipt
- Collaborate, Negotiate, and Elevate to resolve conflict and hold timelines
- Work with Production daily on build schedule progress; and address issues immediately
Qualifications:
- Organizational Planning
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Interdepartmental Structure and Process Refinement
- Microsoft Project OR similar project management software
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Education:
- BA in Project Management OR previous Project Management experience
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
