Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for an Accounting Manager for an engineering firm located in Laguna Hills.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity and the pay is 90k to110K.
The successful applicant is expected to have strong experience in corporate administration and job cost accounting. Additionally, the candidate should have good communication skills, both verbally and written, and be able to interact well with staff, government contacts and vendors.
Job Responsibilities
- Accounting management, general ledger and cost accounting
- In-depth knowledge of government accounting rules (FAR & DFARS)
- Annual indirect cost submission
- Job Cost
- Cost proposal preparation
- Accounts Receivable invoicing, banking and cash management
- Monthly and year-end financial statements including indirect costs
- Accounts payable, purchase orders and payroll
- HR Administration
