Express Employment LAX is looking for an Electrical Engineer for a designer of electronic components used in Defense and Aerospace applications. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for developing product component drawings using AutoCAD, including cores, coil forms, terminals, lead frames, shells, brackets, heat sinks, and any other component required in product manufacturing. Design and managing all aspects of product prototype development, including Single Phase, Three Phase, Multi-phase, Pulse, Audio, Current, Switching High Frequency, Ferro, Mechanical Transformers, Inductors.

Pay Rate : $60k $65k yearly
Job Description for Electrical Engineer :
- Process Sales Orders through the engineering department ensure manufacturing travelers comply with all customer drawings and specifications
- Interpret customer product specifications, including schematics, configuration drawings, process specifications and test specifications, and translate them into an internal engineering documentation package or manufacturing travelers including component drawings meeting all customer requirements
- Select off-the-shelf or catalogue hardware including inserts, terminals, cans, bobbins, brackets, shells, resistors, capacitors, and any other component utilized in the product manufacture
- Use MRP system to assign component part numbers and to define component requirements for procurement
- Use MRP system to generate product BOM’s and Engineering Master defining resource setup times and run time for process operation
- Generate labor estimates and develop resource planning sequence for product manufacturing
- Generate, review, approve, and process ECRs and ECO’s
