Part Time Property Manager

Part-Time Property Manager:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager in the Grand Island area to assist a well-known company with a recent new construction building. The ideal candidate must have previous management experience. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with pay up to $25/hr and the potential to turn into a long-term career!

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate records of leasing agreements and tenant information

· Carry out financial reporting by maintaining accurate records to adhere with budget guidelines

· Coordinate property maintenance and repairs

· Provide excellent customer service to current and potential tenants

· Other duties as assigned

Education/Skills:

· High school diploma or GED

· MUST have 2 years of previous property management experience

· Strong organizational and administrative skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Basic math and bookkeeping skills required

· Interact positively with tenants, co-workers, and vendors

Schedule/Pay:

· $25/hr

· Part-Time; up to 29 hours a week

· Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

· Set days/hours will be determined during the interview process

· Employees paid weekly!
