Assist with the procurement of both stock and non-stock materials necessary for the daily operations of the business.

Duties:

• Order stock materials as needed: while considering price/availability/quality, etc.
• Update cost/sell in item listing
• Update outstanding p.o.’s to determine current need, lead-times, ship-dates, etc. supply info to depts as needed
• Work w-Counter to put away incoming stock
• Label/ Barcode incoming products, etc.
• Check stock in facility & process orders based on need as needed
• Receive materials to p.o.’s checking qty’s, item#-description (open boxes to inspect material)
• Inspect inbound matrial for damages: report to Motor / Pumps Dept before accepting delivery
• Track / process warranty request from Vendors / Suppliers
• Call Vendors / Suppliers for freight cost, update p.o.’s and w.o.’s as needed
• Distribute shipping log to motors/outside service
• General housekeeping
• General clerical
• Inventory Control
• Price Increases / Schedules, etc.

What we look for…

• High School Diploma
• 1-years of Customer Service experience
• Proficient both in written and verbal skills
• Professional Presence.
