We are seeking reliable and skilled Shop Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, repairing, and maintaining equipment, tools, and machinery in a workshop setting. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow safety and quality standards.
Location : Wallingford, CT
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 am to 3 : 30 pm
Compensation : $20 / hour
Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in all skills required to perform the duties of a Shop Technician.
- Continuously expand knowledge and develop new skills to enhance versatility and meet diverse customer needs.
- Adapt to changes throughout the workday with flexibility to accommodate customer requests.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Communicate clearly with peers and senior staff regarding any challenges or concerns related to job duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized personal workspace, contributing to overall shop cleanliness.
- Adhere to all safety protocols to prevent workplace injuries.
- Ensure shop, equipment, and tools remain in safe and proper working condition.
