Responsibilities :
- Handle new and developing customer relations and process customer-related documentation from time of quote to final delivery of product
- Manage day-to-day interactions with customers
- Processing quotations and orders
- Handle engineering questions and communications between company and customer in close communication with Senior Customer Service Manager.
- Develop customer relationships
- Attend trade shows, and perform customer site visits
- Strategize and develop business growth opportunities
- Stay up to date on industry developments, using that knowledge to improve the organization and its prospecting efforts.
- Participate in development and execution of sales and marketing strategy
- Manage marketing-related vendors.
- Fulfill ISO Quality System requirement as required.
- Generate continuous improvement ideas for the department.
