Recruiter/Inside Sales Rep

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, closing sales to meet our business objectives, and recruiting and interviewing candidates. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find the right solutions for their needs.

This position is based out of our Monroe, MI location. However, travel between our other offices (Dearborn, MI and Tecumseh, MI) maybe be required.

Duties

• Engage with potential clients through various communication channels to identify their needs and present suitable services and candidates
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and recruiting strategies and promotional materials
• Utilize ATS systems to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records
• Participate in training development sessions to enhance knowledge and sales techniques
• Source, recruit, interview, hire, coach, and terminate employees for client sites
• Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify top talent for future hiring needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or recruiting is preferred
• Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
• Thrives in a fast-paced and competitive teamwork environment
• Familiarity with recruiting processes, including internal recruiting and HR sourcing, is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft and Google applications
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills related to sales and human resources

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
