Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Interaction :
- Respond to telephone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage customer service requests and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
- Maintains confidentiality of patient information.
- Reschedule patient appointments as needed using EMR and Scheduling System.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Provide patient appointments both on the telephone and also with direct patient interaction in the office.
- Other duties may be assigned.
