This long-term position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with a competitive salary of up to $65,000 annually , depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits are available after permanent hire, including insurance, PTO, and holiday pay.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conference calls, including scheduling and preparing agendas.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure equipment is properly serviced.
- Process expense reports and arrange extensive travel accommodations.
- Perform invoicing, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and financial reporting duties.
- Maintain records, files, and databases in compliance with company standards.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to maintain compliance and productivity.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs.
- Create tracking reports, presentations, and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets.
- Support HR functions, including employee communications and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform mail merges and assist other departments with administrative needs.
- Troubleshoot minor IT and technology issues or coordinate with IT support as necessary.
Salary : $65,000
