Material Solutions company in south Fort Worth is adding a Help Desk Analyst III to their dynamic team!!
Ideal candidates will have:
- 3 years of experience managing and supporting user-assigned hardware, software, printers, email and user accounts. Support can be provided via telephone, email, in-person visit, or remotely with remote support tools
- Previous experience developing and maintaining documentation pertaining to areas of support, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suites, PC hardware and software, emote support and VPN, imaging software and Active Directory, and Helpdesk ticketing software - Cherwell
- Must have the ability to resolve 90% PC related Help Desk tickets without escalation
