What You’ll Love About This Machine Operator Role:
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 1st or 2nd shift, Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday, 8- or 10-hour shifts.
- Hourly Pay: Earn between $17-20 per hour, depending on experience

Key Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Utilize manual lathes, cylindrical grinders, plasma spray machines, and other tools to refurbish machine parts to precise specifications
- Restore anilox rolls (used in the printing process) to their original condition by operating specialized equipment
- Conduct quality checks using micrometers and other measurement tools to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
- Safely handle and move materials using overhead cranes or manual methods
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years in manufacturing and some prior machine operation experience.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to read measuring tools like micrometers and tape measures.
- Mindset: Team-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
