Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Train and mentor new employees in hospitality best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service quality and team performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service, with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of the wine industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
