What You’ll Do :
- Lead the Bid Process – Evaluate bid specifications, create accurate shop CAD drawings , and prepare winning proposals.
- Be a Problem-Solver – Think critically to minimize exclusions, ensure accuracy, and provide value-engineering solutions on every bid.
- Manage Projects Effectively – Work closely with our saw shop to bring designs to life while ensuring on-time and correct production.
- Build Strong Relationships – Engage with architects, contractors, and customers to develop trust and long-term partnerships.
- Gain Hands-On Experience – Learn to operate heavy machinery , expanding your skill set beyond the office.
- Ensure On-Site Success – Visit job sites, review drawings, and assist the Project Management team in making sure every detail is on point.
