Outside B2B Sales Representative
Job Summary: A locally owned office equipment solutions provider in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Outside B2B Sales Representative. In this role, you’ll drive sales, build lasting client relationships, and provide cutting-edge business equipment solutions to new and existing customers. This position offers excellent growth potential, with opportunities to advance into sales leadership roles. Candidates must live within commuting distance of Stevens Point and be available to work in the office at least once per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business clients within an assigned territory focused in Central Wisconsin, with opportunities to expand throughout the state
- Present, demonstrate, and sell business equipment solutions to prospective and existing customers
- Expand relationships with current customers, upgrading equipment and offering tailored solutions
- Attend networking functions and business after-hours events to build community presence
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain accurate activity reports and CRM data
- Deliver product demonstrations and prepare proposals and presentations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B or office equipment sales
- Certificate, associate’s, or bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-driven with excellent time management and prospecting abilities
- Ability to build rapport with clients across various industries
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Experience with office equipment, IT, POS, or CCTV systems is advantageous

Work Schedule:

- Includes occasional networking events outside standard hours
