Position : Shop Supervisor
Schedule : Monday - Thursday, 7 : 30 PM - 5 : 30 AM

Responsibilities :
- Lead manufacturing / welding operations to optimize productivity and cost efficiency.
- Develop and train shop personnel to meet safety, cost, and quality goals.
- Schedule workforce and manage workflow throughout the shop.
- Maintain a hands-on approach, assisting as needed.
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and cell phone restrictions.
- Monitor job performance, provide coaching, and handle disciplinary actions.
- Assist in workforce planning and process optimization.
- Ensure employees have proper PPE and tools.
