Accounts Payable Specialist
Salary : $22 - $23 per hour (depending on experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities :
- Efficiently process a backlog of invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices or payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records in the SAP system
- Assist with month-end closing activities and provide support to the accounting team as needed
Requirements :
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm
