Express is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a production company here in Albany.
Duties include :
- Quickbooks experience. Must have reasonable knowledge of working with Quickbooks. Accounts receivable, invoicing, data entry into correct locations in Quickbooks of expenses and bills etc.
- Must be detail oriented. There will be a learning curve and we understand no one is perfect. But an accounting mentality and attention to detail is very important in this role.
- The person will be responsible for tracking inventory and reporting out on raw materials and finished goods. Requires the ability to do basic math and work with programs like Excel.
- The person needs to be a good communicator as they will work with customers to arrange production, report out on progress and ship products to customers.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to a department or team within the company, including tasks like managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, preparing documents, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining files, and assisting with general office duties, all while ensuring smooth operations and upholding company standards within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
