Salary : $20-$23 per hour
Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring an Assembly Mechanic for an aerospace company located in Everett, WA. Starting pay is $20-$23 per hour. This is a full-time, temporary position on day shift working 5 a.m.-2 : 30 p.m. Monday - Friday, with possible overtime during the week or Saturdays.
The successful candidate will be responsible for following procedures for product assembly, fabrication, equipment operation, and safety requirements. This role requires the use of a variety of tools and equipment to assemble products according to specified procedures and standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Follow procedures for product assembly, fabrication, equipment operation, and safety requirements
- Use tools and equipment to assemble products, including drilling, edge fill, bonding, mechanical fasteners, and fiberglass prepreg
- Ensure the quality of the assembled product
- Maintain accountability and perform maintenance on tools within the assembly area
- Keep the work area clean and safe
- Troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise
- Perform tasks with minimal guidance
- Complete any other duties assigned by a lead and / or Senior Assembly Mechanic
