Schedule: Monday-Friday

8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $23.00 Depending on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a high level of accuracy, integrity, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Handle payroll processing and related tax filings.
• Provide support during financial audits and tax preparation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in the escrow or real estate industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Education: Associate's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

A bachelor's degree is preferred.
