- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to procure raw materials, components, and equipment.
- Issue purchase orders and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
- Analyze inventory levels and coordinate with production to ensure material availability.
- Work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and finance teams to optimize procurement strategies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, assess market trends, and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical procurement standards.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
