Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC punch presses based on production requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary to ensure quality output
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and compliance with quality standards
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform routine maintenance
- Keep accurate records of production counts and machine maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC punch presses
- Experience with CNC Turret Punch Presses
- Familiarity with CNC programming and machining processes
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
