Express Employment is currently seeking an experienced and thorough Controller to join one of our client's team. This role will provide a variety of accounting services to clients, including creating monthly financial statements and reconciling bank accounts.

Offering a chance for partnership and a fun team-oriented environment! Pay is up to 100k a year depending on previous experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall financial operations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Oversee tax functions and ensure compliance with IRS regulations
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
• Oversee banking activities; manage debt payments.
• Facilitate subsidiary companies accounting and reporting.
• Review and approve accuracy of month-end financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, along with their supporting work papers.
• Manage company cash flow-enterprise level
• Oversee all accounting work and set up internal and external audits to ensure the accuracy of information
• Over see the operations of the Accounting Department, which include accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and payroll
• Other duties and special projects as directed by Director of Finance.
