Salary : $18-$34

Controller

Full time, $28-$34 / HR DOE

Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm

Responsibilities :

  • Accurately prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Prepare general ledger postings and statements
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Month-end close

Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures

  • Documenting, monitoring, and updating accounting policies
  • Review quarterly and annual budgets for all departments
  • Analyze costs and profits
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filling systems
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations

    • Requirements :

  • Work experience as a Controller or similar role
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, procedures and accounts
  • Experience with cash management and risk assessment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of PDI Enterprise a plus
  • Must be well organized
