Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests and feedback
- Assist customers with order processing, payment handling, and payment inquiries
- Document customer interactions accurately
