SUMMARY
Express has an immediate need for a fast paced Customer Service Telephone Operator seeking flexible schedule. Approximately 20-30 hours per week scheduled plus flex time, including some nights, Weekends, and Holidays. Great environment and long term potential. Ability to multi-task, having a sense of urgency and being detail oriented will be keys to success in this role. Will be responsible for answering busy multi-line phones, customer service and data entry (NOT Telemarketing or Sales) Answer and handle incoming client calls from our office, often fast paced. Greet callers, provide information, take messages, transfer calls. Work independently as needed. This company is staffed 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
Desired Skills / Qualifications :
- Previous high volume phones experience required
- Must be able to type by touch required - minimum 40 wpm desired
- Multitasking experience required
- Must be available to cover extra shifts as needed - flexibility is key
WAGE : $17.50 per hour
