Job Description:

• Responsible for control of work pace, meeting production goals and quality standards
• Conducting calibration of machine(s) prior to use and reporting scrap and machine issues in real time
• Ensuring inventory is handled properly
• Reporting safety issues and providing ideas for ways to improve safety in work area

Requirements:

• Outstanding work history demonstrating longevity in positions; prior manufacturing or production experience in high demand
• Strong mechanical aptitude with familiarity in basic-intermediate math, ability to read and interpret engineering spec sheets and drawings a plus, and utilize a tape measure and calipers/micrometers preferred
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate well with confidence both verbally and through writing skills; a positive attitude is essential for success with this organization
• Highly energetic and passionate approach to work with ambition/drive to grow and learn new things
• Superior work ethic and strong attendance are required
