Located in York, PA

Salary : $20.00 / Hr

Hours : are 6 A.M. until 2 : 30 P.M. with 2 (10 minute) Company paid breaks and ½ hour for Lunch Overtime is available as required and could be mandatory.

Dress code : Jeans / T-shirt, Steel toed shoes are preferred, but not required, nothing offensive, no Jewelry.

Job Description : Must be able to build Control Panels, mount control enclosures on machines and wire all machine components.

Must be able to read an electrical schematic, do a layout for components on an electrical back plate according to a drawing. Be able to think thru possible obstacles seek or discuss options to overcome problems. Identify electrical components on an electrical schematic consisting of but not limited to photo eyes, prox's, limit switches, disconnects, motors, line reactors, fuse blocks, terminal strips, starters, vfd's, e-stops, plc's, transformers, circuit breakers, encoders, wireway, din rail, and be able to place and wire as per drawings.

Attention to detail i.e., wire numbers, color, and gauge of wire to be used for particular items.

Applicant should be knowledgeable with UL wiring standards / specifications.

Must be able to read a metric tape as well as a standard tape measure. Hand tools would require being able to use a drill motor, tap, screwdriver, torque wrench, cut off wheel, die grinder, etc.
