Salary : Up to $20 / Hour
Machine Operation / Assembly positions available now in Dresser, WI!
1st Shift : Monday-Thursday, 6am-4pm : $16 / Hour
2nd Shift : Monday-Thursday, 4pm-2am : $18 / Hour
Weekends : Friday-Sunday, 6am-6pm : $19-$20 / Hour
- Entry level, no experience required
- Performs bench or line type processes or operates machines to complete assemblies and subassemblies.
- Positions parts in specified locations using a variety of fastening devices and / or other sub-components.
- Operates hand-held tools, electrical tools, and / or pneumatic tools.
- Uses precision measuring tools as required.
- Verifies accuracy of assembled product or batch inspects as required.
- Reports defective materials, discrepancies, process malfunctions or assembled products that are not in compliance with company and / or customer specifications to the Department Lead.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
- May operate lift equipment as needed.
- Completes all necessary paperwork as required, including in-process or carbon copy production sheets
