Responsibilities- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in various makes and models of vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs
- Repair or replace faulty components using necessary tools and equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle issues and recommended services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technologies and repair methods
- Complete all documentation accurately and efficiently
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations in the shop
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical training preferred
- 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role
- ASE certification preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair techniques
- Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to stay current with changes in the automotive industry
