Position Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at our steel fabrication facility. The role includes managing equipment, systems, and building maintenance to ensure safety, efficiency, and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and oversee preventative maintenance programs for facilities and equipment.
- Maintain and repair fabrication equipment, including welders, CNC machines, presses, and forklifts.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and implement stormwater conservation practices.
- Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and budgets to optimize operations.
