Job Summary : We are looking for a dedicated Fireplace Installer to join our team, specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair of gas, wood, electric, and pellet fireplaces. The position involves working in pairs to ensure high-quality installations that meet both safety standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Installation : Working in tandem with a partner, install various types of fireplaces according to manufacturer guidelines and local codes. This includes setting up hearths, chimneys, and ventilation systems.
- Maintenance and Repair : Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot problems, and make necessary repairs on existing fireplace installations.
- Safety Compliance : Ensure all work complies with safety regulations to prevent risks such as gas leaks, chimney fires, or carbon monoxide exposure.
- Customer Service : Engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide clear explanations of the work being done, and handle any customer queries or concerns.
