Key Responsibilities :
- Front Desk & Client Interaction : Greet job candidates and visitors with a positive, professional attitude, providing excellent customer service.
- Phone Management : Handle a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate team members and answering inquiries about Express and job opportunities.
- Recruiting Calls : Make 40-50 outbound recruiting calls daily to connect with potential candidates.
- Job Posting & Social Media : Post job openings on various online platforms and social media to attract qualified applicants.
- Organized & Adaptable : Stay organized and flexible, ready to adapt to last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Required :
Education : High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
