Grinder Operator Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate center-less grind machines (both automatic and manual), OD grinder, butt welding machine, and automatic blender
- Change wheels, diamonds, and blades as required to ensure grind machines remain accurate and efficient
- Clean and maintain grinder sludge tanks
- Perform grind chemistry samples in a timely manner
- Perform wire inspection requirements
