A leading manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Hand Fabricator to join their team. The role involves cutting and finishing parts to meet precise specifications, utilizing various cutting tools. This position requires reading and interpreting detailed manufacturing instructions and working well within a team environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Use razors, hot knives, and utility knives to cut materials to specification
• Smooth and finish parts with grinding tools
• Clean parts with solvents and other chemicals
• interpret drawings to ensure parts meet customer specifications, including color quality
• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow ISO standards
• Ensure work area is clean, safe, and organized

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required, with basic math, reading, and English language proficiency
• Relevant experience or education may be considered in lieu of specific requirements

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret work orders in English
• Mechanically inclined with a high attention to detail
• Positive attitude toward safety practices
