The Hand Solder Associate position requires expertise in both through-hole (TH) and surface-mount technology (SMT) hand soldering techniques. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of IPC standards and preferably hold J Standard certification. As a pivotal member of our manufacturing team, this individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of electronic assemblies through proficient soldering techniques.
- Perform precise hand soldering operations on through-hole and surface-mount components according to established standards and specifications.
- May work as Assembly Associate performing mechanical assembly
- Interpret assembly drawings, work instruction
- Proficiency in both through-hole and surface-mount hand soldering techniques.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IPC standards; J Standard certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of electronic components and their polarities.
- Ability to interpret
- This position may require occasional overtime to meet production demands.
- Training opportunities and continuous skill development programs may be provided to enhance soldering proficiency and knowledge.
