Injection Molding Process Technician
- Pay : $30 per hour (Based on experience)
- Schedule : Monday - Friday, 5 : 30 AM - 2 : 00 PM

Are you an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician with 8-10 years of experience and a strong background in validating presses? What You'll Do :
As an Injection Molding Process Technician, you'll be a key player in ensuring total quality control in our molding operations. Your role will focus on improving supplier quality, ensuring on-time production, and keeping our injection molding processes running smoothly. Expect a mix of hands-on troubleshooting, supplier interaction, and technical problem-solving.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include :Setting up and starting injection molding machines, ensuring correct setups with detailed checklists.Performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting machine issues to maintain high-quality production.Working with suppliers to enhance quality assurance, delivery standards, and process adherence.Assessing internal and external part rejections and working with teams to resolve quality issues.Communicating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve operations.Monitoring supplier quality performance and maintaining accurate data tracking.Driving continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma projects.Supporting engineering and quality teams by providing expert insights into molding processes.What We're Looking For :
8-10 years of experience in injection molding, with a strong background in validating presses.Hands-on experience in molding processes, supplier quality, and problem-solving.Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.Lean, Six-Sigma, or other problem-solving methodology training preferred.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.Excellent communication skills-you'll be working with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams.A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and see projects through to completion.Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Technical Field, or equivalent experience preferred.Why Join Us?
