Job Description :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Outside Sales Representative with Inside Sales Support experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our products and possess excellent communication skills to develop and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Outside Sales :
Identify and target new business opportunities in your assigned territory.
Conduct sales calls and face-to-face meetings with potential and existing customers.
Present and demonstrate our product offerings, highlighting their applications and benefits.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Attend industry trade shows and network with potential clients to generate leads.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations in a timely manner.
Inside Sales Support :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing exceptional customer service.
Assist in the order processing and tracking of sales orders.
Maintain customer records in our database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including pricing, inventory management, and sales reporting.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in outside sales and inside sales support, preferably within the industrial supply sector.
Knowledge of pipes, valves, fittings, flanges, gaskets, and gauges is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
